[#962] Unreliable Trigger in Zapier

Hello,

we are using simplybook.me together with ZAPIER and have currently problems:

  • When adding a new connection, we sometimes get an error (HTML Error), sometimes not
  • When a new booking is coming in, not all triggers are working correctly.

After working with zapier, they redirected me to you gus.

Here the zapier Input:

I’ve checked the logs for two Zaps that have a New Booking trigger but didn’t trigger. In both cases, we received a notification from SimplyBook.me to trigger the Zap, but when we requested details about the booking, we received the same HTML error.

That said, can you update the Zaps to use the new connection you created and see if that makes a difference?
