we are using simplybook.me together with ZAPIER and have currently problems:
When adding a new connection, we sometimes get an error (HTML Error), sometimes not
When a new booking is coming in, not all triggers are working correctly.
After working with zapier, they redirected me to you gus.

I’ve checked the logs for two Zaps that have a New Booking trigger but didn’t trigger. In both cases, we received a notification from SimplyBook.me to trigger the Zap, but when we requested details about the booking, we received the same HTML error.
That said, can you update the Zaps to use the new connection you created and see if that makes a difference?
If you continue having issues with your Zap not triggering after updating the connection I recommend reaching out to SimplyBook.me. We will still let you know if we receive an update on the bug, but it might speed up the solution to contact them directly.

tl;dr: sometimes Zapier works, sometimes not. Really annoying.
it seems you are on our EU server with simplybook.it domain but using common API url. Please change API url to https://user-api.simplybook.it, this should solve the problem
