[#968] 'Too many requests' Error

Hi,

We are getting ‘Too many requests’ error on Simplybook.me API services. This issue is affecting the live system and is a very urgent issue.

API username we use: autocomtr

Can you answer the following questions on the subject?

  1. What is our daily request limit?

  2. How many requests per hour do we send to Simplybook.me services? Can you specify the time and amount?

  3. How and when can we increase the limit as soon as possible?

I would like your help by stating that the situation is urgent.

3 - your limits will be reset at the end of the day. You can move to enterprise subscription and discuss API limits with account manager.
