I’m not receiving anything on my callback url. However if I change callback url to webhook.site and test it there then it works. Kindly help!
hi, then it means Simplybook code is working, it just can’t reach your domain/server/ip for some reason. What is your url which is not working and which one works for you?
https:// webhook.site/ca9e2011-220d-4197-8bc9-4e13f8795dc2 is the one that I used for testing and is working fine but my actual website callback url is https:// www .muslimminds.co.uk/webhooks/simplybook/ which is not working. I’ve checked with my hosting company as well and they say there are no logs which means simplybook never sent the POST request on my callback URL. I’m attaching screenshot as well as compose is not allowing me to paste links directly.
hi, we’v checked it as well and it is working fine. it must be something on your side which prevent it to work, unfortunately we have no access to your server and its log to be able to help you with this issue

It depends on your company login. You should be able to see the IP which called your test url
